Ensuring success for a fast-track innovation Project

Being a strong bakery brand in Southern Europe & Latin America, Bimbo was keen to stretch beyond its core business into other categories. Partnerships with third party suppliers gave Bimbo access to new capabilties and know-how.

All innovation projects have their challenges, but when you collaborate with new partners to deliver your goals – and have to work to a fast-track timeline – the challenges multiply! We worked with the project team to design and kick off a fit-for-purpose project process that would deliver their goals on time and on budget. Together we pinpointed the challenges and opportunities, and identified ways in which to overcome these by leveraging everyone’s functional expertise as well as their Creative ID’s
