Embracing creativity and innovation in a ‘fit for purpose’ way
Tiffany is successful because of its iconic status and its brand’s legacy. Consistency, quality and attention to detail is key. Yet to continuously surprise and delight their customer base, and to stay ahead of the competition, Tiffany needed to embrace a much more creative and innovative mindset.
Within a one-day workshop setting, we worked with the HR team to define what creativity means considering the type of business Tiffany’s is and the value-set the organisation has. We helped them pinpoint ways in which to leverage creativity in order to move the business forward, and in order for the various teams to create innovative solutions the “Tiffany way”
