Creative Creatures is a groundbreaking capability framework that enables companies to understand and manage creative behaviour, a fundamental cornerstone of innovation and growth.

It does this by identifying the five behavioural building blocks of creativity. We call these the Stimulator, the Spotter, the Sculptor, the Selector, and the Supporter.

When combined, these make up a person’s preferred creative style, known as their Creative ID. With this knowledge, an individual can be clearer about the specific value he or she adds in any task requiring creative input.

Based on psychometrics, Creative Creatures has been developed by specialists in innovation, culture change and training who’ve worked in conjunction with the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University.
