Hanne has enjoyed a rich and varied career in brand marketing and innovation. She has worked for three multi-nationals: United Biscuits, Diageo and latterly Kellogg, where she was Head of Innovation in Europe. She now works as an independent consultant leading a number of marketing and innovation assignments across the world for clients such as Wrigley, Sara Lee, Unilever and Diageo.

Mark Simmonds… spikes as a Spotter and is also a strong Supporter
Mark is an independent trainer and facilitator operating in the field of insight and idea development. His early career was in brand management with Unilever, but he has spent the last 17 years focusing on developing marketing capabilities. He designs, develops and delivers workshop-based programmes for international companies in different sectors across the world including telecommunication, banking, food and drink as well as other fast moving consumer goods.

Pippa Duffy… is a complete Stimulator and a huge Supporter
Pippa is passionate about people. She was one of the pioneers at the ?What If! innovation agency where she specialised in creative capabilities and culture change. She left to pursue alternative medicine and is now a fully qualified practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

Dr Kamal Birdi, PhD… helps us as a Selector, Supporter and Stimulator
Kamal is an occupational psychologist, working at The Institute for Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield. His main areas of research are creativity and learning at work. In the domain of creativity, he has been looking at different methods of developing employee innovation and assessing the facilitators, inhibitors and consequences of organisational innovation.
